Imagine preparing your own recipes within walls that have stood in Todi since Roman times. Actually, the three storey house where the apartment is placed, occupying the first floor, was originally built in these ancient days, and several transformations were made during the middle ages.

In addition to this, the property was inhabited in the beginning of the 20th century by an Italian painter who was responsible for many of the decorations at the buildings in Todi`s square; later on, a Pulitzer-prize poet also chose this spot as his residence. Paola Berlenghini, the present owner of the apartment, carried out a complete renovation in 2006. Connection to internet and independent heating are provided side by side with certain details preserved from the past, such as a Roman well in the basement and wooden beams on the ceilings.

At this apartment you will be staying really close to the main sights of Todi, a destiny that is best known on foot. During your stay, do not miss the 12th century cathedral, and if you travel with your children, after a sip of culture take them to Rocca park. The railway station is only 5 kms away, and Perugia airport, 50 kms to the north.
