• At what time can we check-in and out?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are a few steps to enter the apartment. Inside the apartment there are 3 steps to reach the kitchen and 1 step to reach the bedroom and bathroom. No lift
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and full of light.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terrace nor courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a little balcony (French window) in the bedroom.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, telephone, but ADSL connection is provided.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, there is a large table in the kitchen.

• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or in Todi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  All shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants are in the surroundings.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, there are no vineyards nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Todi and Perugia are the closest towns.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can suggest you a company from Todi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop about 100m away from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Todi railway station is about 4 Kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant but plenty of outside.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Adsl connection in the apartment.
