 Welcome Service apartment is a 70 square metres big property, placed on the first floor of a 3-storey house in central Todi. You should not worry much about access, as there are a few steps at the entrance of the property, and then only 1 step to reach the unit. The house on 31 Via S. Pressede has only one more apartment, therefore you will enjoy a quiet place where a few common areas are shared with only one guest, mainly placed at the basement. |
 The apartment itself comprises a double or twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living area, reaching a maximum capacity of four guests (there are two sleeping spaces at the sofa bed in the living room). From the windows of the lodging you will see the private garden of the property, other houses in Todi, and even some hills representing the best of Perugia`s landscape. Some devices from the past have been preserved, like the old stone fireplace in the kitchen and the antique wood of the cabinets. |
 As for the equipment found inside the apartment, it includes cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, a countertop in Carrara marble, a dishwasher and a double sink. There is also TV, telephone, connection to Internet and cooking utensils. In the bathroom you will find a large shower and hairdryer. |
