Alessandra, Mauro and Senora Pambuffetti could not have been more gracious and hospitable. This was the most magical and wonderful place we have been to and will definitely come back.

The villa is very attractive and the rooms were well furnished and well kept. The grounds were beautiful and the dining was good as well. The location in the Montefalco area was excellent for a 'wino' like myself, right around the corner from Caprai, one of the finest winemakers in the region. I would recommend the property to anyone visiting central Umbria.

The hotel is located in the town of Montefalco and very easy to find, except that the web site is not specific. Simple directions would be quite easy to develop.

This was our second stay at Villa Pambufetti. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our dinner at the dining room was very good. Overall it was a great experience and we will stay there in the future.

The website should include more pictures of the rooms - there are some very good ones that are not on the website. There should also be some pictures of the inside of the villa - perhaps the staircase.

Very friendly, a wonderful, warm, beautifully restored villa with wonderful staff. Not a bad view from any room - and with a great restaurant and good wine list. A great place to spend New Year's Eve too! The fmaily that owns the villa runs it with warmth and great Umbrian hospitality.

The directions got us close, but had to ask for directions from a local and we actually drove past the property a few times before we noticed its sign. You should add to your directions that the property is on the main road a few hundred meters south of the center of town.

The property itself was in a great location, wonderfully quiet and relaxing with great views. However, we were quite disappointed with the size of the room, which was very small considering the price of the room - we hardly had enough space to store our luggage even for a 3 night stay.

E peccato che una camera spazioza sia posta sopra alla salla da pranzo e che le cene festive siano date fino a tardi
Inoltre la ventilazione delle cucine crea un rumore all'interno della camera quando viene messa in moto
La prima colazione (tanto per il materiale che per il cibo) non è a livello della categoria
...
Punto positivo : la qualità del menù
Punti negativi :
1) nessuno vano (fuori della camera) piacevole per sedere in caso di pioggia, per leggere, ecc
2) il livello del personale
3) bel giardino ma scarso in arredamento per sostare tranquillamente
...
Non penso raccomandare la Villa ad un amico

Signs when very near Montefalco to the Villa were OK until the end when any sign there was had been obscured by trees.

Lovely hotel,but would be much improved if it could be lifted from it's position next to a road and put out of town a bit. Having said that we could not have walked to the best restaurant we found in our 2 weeks in Umbria.We would happily return.
