• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You have to pay an account at the booking and the balance at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and we have no elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private, quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a LCD television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there ia a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet/E-mail point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a hydromassage pool and it is open in summer time.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we do not have a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Salerno.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Amalfi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Capodichino in Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in front of the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno is the nearest railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 10 meters far.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There is private and public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a Jacuzzi and a Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
