  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per complete apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    The heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    It is possible to settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building is on 2 floors, without lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All apartments are private and romantic as they are located inside an old villa, in quite area.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All apartments are complete with bed linens and towels.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All apartments have access to the garden and terrace in front and behind the villa.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All apartments have TV and connection with international channels - satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All apartments have a telephone with personal number to receive direct phone calls.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not but the walls of the villa are 70 cm thick and TREGNAGO is at 317 metres above sea level so we do not need air conditioning because the place is cool enough!
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    All apartments have private dining room and it is possible to use the inside taverna for meetings and dinners with up to 30 persons.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Every apartment has a personal Internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Not yet but we are waiting to get the licence to build it so there will be one soon!
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Inside the residence we have parking and garage for cars.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    It is possible to rent a car in Verona, either at Porta Nuova railway station or at Catullo Airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Catullo in Verona is the nearest airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have a shuttle service from and to airport, but Taxi Service is available in Tregnago with low fare.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    20 metres from the property.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    San Bonifacio Km 14.
    Verona Porta Nuova: 25 km from the property.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a sauna inside the residence and a fitness centre about 3km from our property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but we have special agreements with nearby bars and local restaurants for special prices for Villa Vinco's guests.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Every apartment has Internet connection.
