• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room, per night and include buffet continental breakfast, all taxes and services.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes,our continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes,if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We can speak English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but every room has a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite Tv. Some rooms have also Internet connection and pay tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone with direct dialling is in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has air conditioning and heating free of charge. It is a seasonal service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes,we have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No we are sorry, but the public swimming pool is only at 10 minutes walking distance.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major rentail companies are in Venice or in Mestre.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you will find a grocery store at only 5 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but it can be organized upon request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Mogliano Veneto, just 300 mt from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but some rooms have Jacuzzi,hydromassage and Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little pets are very welcome but they must be properly trained and they must not disturb the other guests or the neighbours.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there are several restaurants and "trattorie" very close to us.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from the room with your own laptop.
