- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our prices are per room/apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our continental breakfast is included in the price of rooms and it is not included in the price of apartment and suite. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can but we accept only cash. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors but we do not have the elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are quiet and private. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
The linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
We have 2 rooms and 1 aparment with a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
