• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has 2 floors no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All of the rooms of our Hotel have a terrace or balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our Hotel have entire non smoking floor/connecting rooms and suites.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All room have seasonal climate control and no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is open from April to Ocotber.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have Hotel private parking free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major companies have offices at Catania airport or in Taormina; our staff will be able to help you anytime.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The centre of Taormina at 1,5 km can be reached by local mini buses (directly outside the Hotel), buses (600 mt from the Hotel), taxis, by car. The beach and promenade of Giardini Naxos (800 mt) are accessible on foot.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania Fontanarossa 50 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can book private transfer.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  500 mt 5 minutes walking from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Taormina-Giardini Naxos 800 mt from the Hotel 10 minutes walking from our Hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  600 mt from our Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private and public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome in the Hotel's room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Villa Sirina offers its guests a daily light-lunch made with fresh flovour and Sicilian dishes, from May to October on our beatiful terrace near the swimming pool.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
