- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our prices are per room, per night.
- Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
- Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our Hotel has three floors and one lift.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, we have a very beautiful Junior Suite situated on every floor and two romantic Suite located on the third floor one of that with Jacuzzi and breathtaking view. Ideal for a honeymoon. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some of them are provided with terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some of them are provided with balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, we have and most of them are equipped with pay per view - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
In every room you can choose the temperature you prefer without any extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, we have an indoor garage. - Where can we rent a car?
The reception can arrange a car rental for you. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Torino Caselle (25 km) - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do and it can be arranged on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in front of the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Porta Nuova Station, situated in the centre of the city (3 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small size pets are welcome - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, a typical Italian restaurant and pizzeria. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
