• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and two elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms, interconnecting rooms and suites.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with CNN, BBC News, ZDF, and other international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all the rooms and in the common areas, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage nearby (at an extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major companies have offices at Catania airport or in Taormina; our concierge will be able to help you anytime.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are a few grocery stores nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The town centre of Taormina is just 5 minutes away by cable-car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania Fontanarossa (about 60 km away from us).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can book private transfers anytime.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just a few meters outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Taormina-Giardini Naxos at about 3 km from us.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a small a Wellness Centre with sauna and massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only in the rooms and with an extra daily charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
