• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 9am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Apartments No.5 and No.6 are air-conditioned (cold/hot)Apartments No. 7, 9 and 10 have heating.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartments are located in five different buildings and are on different levels. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments No. 2-3-5-6-9-10 have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartment No. 1 has a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Apartments No.5 and No.6 are air-conditioned.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Inside the residence.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Amalfi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Atrani.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request. There is an extra cost for but you have to require it in advance (upon reservation).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the residence at 500 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Salerno.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets with a surcharge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
