• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given prices are the daily rate per room for B&B treatment, daily price per guest for HB and FB treatment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. American buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes or at the end, it's egual.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a lift, and there are four floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes with view on the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, most of all.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of all.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, both.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In all rooms, apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In all rooms, apartments there is air conditioning, including in the prices. Yes, it's seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, all our guests can use our computer at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool open from mid April to mid October about.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes and it's included in the prices.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, a supermarkt is just opposite the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  You can walk to the next town of Maiori or to Ravello and you can see vineyards but no much. In Tramonti there are many vineyards and it's easy reachable by car or taxi.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Amalfi is just 4 Km far, Ravello 5 Km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples Capodichino, 70 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus stop is just 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Salerno, 18 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Some rooms have bath with hydromassage.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
