• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartments.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the rest of the amount. We require a down payment of 30% of the total amount at the moment of your reservation
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all apartments have an open space.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is no telephone in the apartments, but all apartments are dotated with TV Sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Apartment La Baia, double room L'Isca and Villa Garofanella have air conditioning (not included in the price).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the open garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes and is open from 9am to 7pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just ask the Reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  50 mt away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples (Capodichino) about 65 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento (18 km) or in Naples(65 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The swimming pool has a jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets in apartment Il Gallo Lungo and in Villa la Garofanella.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
