- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our prices are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our special buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. Extra costs will be settled upon departure.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our international staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our Hotel has three floors and a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are soundproof and therefore very quiet. Furthermore, all our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some of our rooms do. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some rooms do have a balcony, others a terrace.
- Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV/sat in each of our rooms. We have several national and International TV channels and 4 Sat/TV channels (SKY TV) free of charge for our guests. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for this service.
- Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We have an Internet point in our lobby available for our guests.
- Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a free private parking.
- Where can we rent a car?
Car rental is available at Central Station,or in the Airport just 10 minutes far from our Hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest is Capodichino Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do. Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost asking the reception.
- Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest underground station is Piazza Cavour, connected with Central Station. Just outside the Hotel there is a bus stop that connects the Hotel with the main attraction of the city. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Central Station is only 3 km far from our Hotel, only 1 subway stop from our Hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not but there will be in Summer 2005. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can surf the Internet directly from your room with your own laptop.
