By plane: Catania Fontanarossa International airport is the nearest airport and offers flights from major Italian and European destinations. It is about an hour drive from the Hotel. Coming by car from Catania airport once passed Giardini Naxos you will find on your left side a road sign for Porta Catania, follow this rise road for about two kilometres, you will pass a big car par. Once arrived at Piazza Antonio Abate take Via Pietro Izzo and at Piazza San Domenico turn right at Via Roma, we are at number 2. From Catania airport you can also take a bus shuttle to Taormina, it will take one hour and half.
By train: at railway station "Taormina-Giardini Naxos" arrive all major trains from northern Italy, Rome and Naples. From the station you can take a bus to Taormina and than a taxi to the Hotel, or you can take directly a taxi from the station.
By Highway from Catania o Messina: follow sign to "Taormina Centro", when you arrive to the big parking called "Lumbi" on the left hand side of it, there is a tunnel called "Porta Catania", which you have to take, at the end go up on the road for 300 meters. When the road will become flat you are in town, turn to the road on your right and side (via P.Rizzo) between the post office and Banca Popolare di Ragusa, after 200 meters you will see sign for the Via Roma, drive for about 800 meters and you will find the hotel. We suggest you to park in the square in front of "Villa Paradiso" which is the white building, and call our staff. |
