| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations can be made without penalty by 12.00 PM (local time), 7 days prior to the arrival date. In case of cancellation after this date, the penalty will be an amount equal to: The first night of the stay for reservations from 1 to 3 nights; First 2 nights of the stay for reservations from 4 to 6 nights; First 3 nights of the stay for more than 7 nights.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
