• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price indicated is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, in the price is included a rich buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, bill can be settled only on check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the main building (villa)there are some rooms on ground floor and some upstairs (no elevator) in the new part, dependance, you will find an elevator. We have only 1 floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One room only.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is airconditioning. It is seasonal and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes in the opening. It is open during the summer season, from may to september(mt. 7 x mt. 14).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport "Marco Polo" and at the ACI garage.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are 2 supermarkets in minus that 2 km and one big commercial center 10 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Treviso (15 km) and Venice (25 km). The center of Quarto D'Altino is 1 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Aeroporto Marco Polo (Tessera, Venice)is only 10 km far
  Treviso Airport is 25 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but we have special taxi with special tariffs.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  300 mt for Treviso
  800 mt for Jesolo
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Railway station in Quarto d'Altino, is only 1 km. far, in 20 minutes by train is possible to get in Venice.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't. One is 3 km from here.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but they have to pay a little surchage.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we don'y have a restaurant inside, but it is situated 2 km from here (free shuttle is available).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
