We were met at the train station by the manager of the property, Giuseppe Nuzzaci, who provided information relative to the area that was of interest to us. He was very helpful in providing directions.

The quiet and peaceful atmosphere and the delighful/colorful sunset. Giuseppe speaks very good English and the most accomodating property manager we have ever encountered.

Peace on earth. A great place to stay and be able to day trip to such places in Umbria as Perugia, Florence, Gubbio, Orvieto, Todi,Spello, Spoleto, Foligno, Assisi, Montelfalco, etc., and in Tuscany such places as Pienza, Cortona, Montepulciano, etc. Best value for the money. We will do it again .

We were delighted with our welcome. Villa Nuba's manager, Giuseppe Nuzzaci, met us at the train station and gave us a ride to the villa. This was a huge favor because a taxi would have been relatively expensive and we would not have been able to figure out the bus connections.

The apartment was new and very clean. The furniture and appointments (including some very good original art) were among the best my wife and I have ever had in 35 years of travel. The kitchen and worked extremely well and the large jacuzzi bath tub was a rare treat.

Giuseppe Nuzzaci is a superb manager and person. He went out of his way to help us rent a car for a great price and he took extra time to advise us regarding villages and sights to see.

The villa and the apartment del Bonfigli in which my wife and I stayed were beautiful. Also, the views from the Villa Nuba grounds of the surrounding hills are beautiful. The apartment is decorated with extraordinarily nice appointments, including some original art.
