  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: from 05.00 to 08.00 pm.
    Check-out: before 10.00 am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, but the owners guarantee that the kitchens will be supplied with everything needed for a hearty italian breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Our prices are all included!
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill must be settled at arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The owners speak Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The apartments are in a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400s. Two apartments are on the first floor and one on the ground.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes... and also charming!
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Del Perugino apartment has a private terrace, del Pinturicchio apartment has a panoramic terrace and a court, and del Bonfigli apartment has a court.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    In our apartments is forbidden to smoke in the bedrooms and is allowed to smoke in the kitchen and in the living room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    In every living room of our apartments there is a satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, of course!
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, and it is free of charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, inside the property there is a garden with reserved parking places.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Villa Nuba is located in open countryside, but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city.
    So, in Perugia city you can find many rent-car shop.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Umbria Sant'Egidio regional airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The Perugia company bus-stop is about 150 mt. from Villa Nuba. At about 1,5 Km from Villa Nuba there is the bus-stop for the bus that arrive from Rome and Florence.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Perugia railway is about 3 km from Villa Nuba.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    In every bathroom of the apartments there is a jacuzzi whirlpool bath.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Dogs are welcome. In the garden we have a nice and safe Kennel place (on request).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No.
