• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, enriched continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have rooms on the first, second and third floor.
  We do not habe an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are more or less the same.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Half of our 16 double rooms have a private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we offer 2 international channels: CNN (English) and RTL (Deutsch).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have direct dial phones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only in double rooms. Is free from 1st July to the 30th of September (extra charge from 1st March to 30th June and from 1st October to 31st October).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet, we are working on it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Street parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are also local car rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nearest village is Taormin, nearest bigger town Catania.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania Fontanaross airport about 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 mt from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Taormina /Giardini Naxos railway station is about 2 km, 15 minutes walking distance.
• How far away is the beach?
  30 m.
• Is the beach private or public?
  In front of Villa Mora is public beach, to the private lidos about 200 m walking along the beachstreet.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but Villa Mora has an agreement with a close by Restaurant for all clients who want to practice halfboard.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
