• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room per night for double occupancy.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included. Eggs on request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Only to the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Villa has three floors and the Tower Orione two floors more. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are quiet, private, romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Three rooms have terrace, two of these are very panoramic and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms and all the common areas inside the hotel are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We no not need air conditioning. Only the Tower Orione has private air conditioning. No extra charge and no seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. A swimming pool with hydromassage open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the centre of Spoleto.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a little store at 2 km and a big store at 3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The most important Umbrian vineyards at 30 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Spoleto at 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  60 km (Perugia) and 165 km (Roma Fiumicino).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request and extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 4 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, but only for light lunch or snack for the swimming pool.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
