- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our prices are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our international Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French and Spanish.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our Hotel has 3 floors and one lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet. All the rooms and suites are decorated with pictures or frescos representing of the sights and the everyday life in Naples during the 19th century. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All our rooms are provided with private balcony or sunny terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
All our rooms are provided with private balcony or sunny terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels, free of charge for our Guests. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is. Free of charge.
- Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
All our rooms have an internet access in the room. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Our hotel has a swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a private garage available without extra charge. - Where can we rent a car?
Car and Scooter rental are available, ask at Hotel Reception. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Private transfers can be arranged with an extra charge. Just ask at the Reception Desk. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest underground station is the Cumana line (Agnano stop) you'll reach the heart of Naples in 10 minutes. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest station is "Campi Flegrei" at only 5 minutes from our Hotel. Nevertheless, the Central Station of "Piazza Garibaldi" is almost near. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Small dogs are welcome, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room, etc.
- Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We do not have a restaurant in our Property. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used from all rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line. An ADSL connection is available in all our rooms.
