Our room was adequate, the view was magnificient, however, a few things in the room were either old or broken. The television was very basic, the hairdryer hose was split badly and the head kept falling apart and the jacuzi on/off button was missing. We were unable to have a jacuzi during our stay!

Checking out was excellent and the receptionist were very helpful and friendly.

Make sure to walk up to the top to send a bag courier down to carry your luggage. I did this but appearantly I was at the bottom of the wrong staircase, so my wife and I had to carry up our luggage. Once we we checked in they said they would have someone take our luggage to our room and we should wait in the sitting room. The room was beautiful and they brought us some mineral water, but we waited for almost 45 minutes. I then when to ask about the room and they said it was ready and gave me the key, as if they forgot before.

The decor was very nice, and the rooms were very clean except for some water damage on one of the walls. The patio was very nice, but onfortunately it rained most of our stay. The bathroom was very nice, but very small. It had a bathtub/shower and a regular shower. However you practically had to step in the shower to close the bathroom door.
