• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the Hotel Rates. It is not included in the Residence Rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all kinds.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some of them are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning. It is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  A conventioned indoor swimming pool is just in front of the hotel. A conventioned outdoor swimming pool is just 300m from the hotel (our bus shuttle is available).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or directly in the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes they are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Downtown Pozzuoli is just 3,5 km - Downtown Naples is just 9 km far - they are reachable by tube "Cumana" in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino - 15km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Just to go to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel - Sepsa and Archeobus.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In front of the hotel, "Cumana Lucrino".
• How far away is the beach?
  In front of the hotel - 30 m.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are both private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A conventioned fitness centre is just 300m from the hotel (our bus shuttle is available).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our restaurant is 700m from the hotel, within reach by our shuttle bus.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
