  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is for the whole Villa on weekly basis.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Please see our payment policy as the payment has to be done in advance.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The villa is on 3 levels and the house has got 2 floors, there is no elevator available.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All of them.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide them and they are changed once a week.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, there is a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, but there is a terrace.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is no air conditioning but it is not necessary.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, there is an internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, the pool is open from May to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In the Villa, ask for further information upon arrival.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Anacapri.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Naples Capodichino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes this is available upon request on a extra charge basis.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    In the main square 5 minutes far.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Naples.
  • How far away is the beach?
    20 minutes.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Both privat and public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Cook service is available upon request on an extra charge basis.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
