- At what time can we check-in and out?
Weekly Rents: Saturday-Saturday, Check-in: 3-7 pm Check-out before 10.00 am. Daily Rents: We decide at reservation about Check-in: within 10.00 am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per villa. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
No. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italians, English and French.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The main villa has 3 floors with-out elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, they are all romantic and quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes they are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, but you can enjoy a quiet garden. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, satellite tv with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
