 The main villa has 3 floors; on the ground floor there is a large living room with an old stone fireplace, kitchen and luxury bathroom. On the first
floor there is a pretty reading room with a small stone fireplace, two large bedrooms and bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, Upstairs in the mansard there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. |
 Close to the main villa, there is the elegant and smaller 2 floor house with a gorgeous patio which over looks the Trasimeno lake. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. A king size bed adorns the bedroom upstairs. The interior has been carefully furnished with antique style period furnitureand the ceilings have the original bare beam feature typical of the area. The building is fitted with air conditioning, independent central heating, satellite T.V and telephone in the rooms. |
