• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included for the room accomodation and consists of a continental buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, air conditioning is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on check-in or check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The reception staff speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the rooms and bungalows are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very pretty, especially the bungalows in the green of the garden.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each bungalow has a private patio where you can enjoy the shade of the luxurious Mediterranean vegetation. The rooms have a common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV is available in every room.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone is in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, at the restaurant or by the pool.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free private parking near the rooms or the bungalows.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the centre of Sorrento or at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest one is at 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sant'Agnello is adjacent to Sorrento. Massa Lubrense is 6 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport of Capodichino is 20 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is just at the entrance of the Villaggio Verde.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Circumvesuviana railway station is 500 metres away.
• How far away is the beach?
  The nearest beach is 1 km away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are a private and public beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzis.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In our restaurant you can taste typical Neapolitan cuisine washed down with a selection of local wines.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem and surf the Internet from your room.
