Use of hot and cold water and electricity is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Use of air conditioning costs EUR 5,00 a day. Daily cleaning costs EUR 15,00 per request. Final cleaning costs EUR 40,00 and it is mandatory. Use of Sky costs EUR 15,00 a week. An extra bed costs EUR 20,00 a day.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs EUR 5,00 a person a day. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of cancellation from 7 to 4 day before the arrival date: payment of one night. In case of cancellation from 3 to 0 day before the arrival date; payment of one night for reservations for one night. For stays of longer than one night, the payment will be 50% of the stay. In case of no show the first 2 nights will be chargen on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 192 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
