Very welcoming. The staff did meet us on the street at the arrival by taxi. They carried our suitcases to the room and informed us about the pension and the location, Positano, estimated time to walk to the centre, to the beach, information about buses etc.... Very polite

The television didn't work. No picture, only loud. I forgot to inform them, since it 's not so important for us.

Villa Gabrisa is a charming pension with familiar approach. The room is very nice. Simple but with Italian style. The cleaning is very good. There is a large terrace with a marvelous view over the sea and mountains in Positano. On the terrace thera are lemon trees and Palms planted.
Positano is a very romantic place that is ideal if you want to have a calm and relaxing stay with excellent food and wine.

Only one things to mention: no parking places !

Our room got quite a bit of street traffic noise, but it was not a major hindrance to our enjoyment of the facility.

you should add to your directions that after getting off the bus at chiesa nuova, walk down via pasitea about 1 km to hotel (10m min). it was easy to find once we knew which street was the via pasitea and how far we were from the bus stop.

this was a super place to stay. since i booked my stay, the villa gabrisa has opened a restaurant on premises which was excellent. our room was gorgeous as were the views from our balcony. i couldn't have been happier.

as stated above, i would mention the restaurant. also, the villa gabrisa is close to the bus stop for the local (positano only) loop that saves a lot of walking uphill.

We were very late arriving as we had missed connections in Amalfi. When we finally got to Villa Gabrisa at 9:30 pm, Robin was still waiting for us and greeted us so warmly we quickly forgot our difficulties getting to Positano.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Gabrisa. Robin was a charming hostess and always ready to recommend a special place to eat or give us directions for some sightseeing.

Recommend you advise travellers that there are 2 Sita bus stops and which one to get off at. The Sita bus driver recommended we get off at the wrong stop - he didn't speak english and was quite rude. Other then that our visit was delightful and Villa Gabrisa fulfilled our expectations completely. Regards, -F. Capern-

Directions for bus arrival might include what to do after leaving the bus at Chiesa Nuova.

We loved our stay and would stay there again without hesitation. The family that runs the place is charming and friendly. The room was everything we hoped for at a reasonable price.

Beautifully decorated, pristine, very spacious room with very comfortable bed. Very good location for buses and walking to the center of town. Great restaurant with discount for B&B customers. Charming, friendly and helpful owners.
