• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with an elevator (ground, first and second floor).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 6 rooms have a very exclusive balcony, 3 of them have also a very nice private garden with a romantik gazebo.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialing in all the rooms, and ADSL line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there are also a wireless Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.

  You can rent a car at the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores at 300 meters.

  The nearest airport is in Venice, at 20 km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we have a very exclusive limousine service.
