• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  Prices are per room.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.

  There are 4 floors in the building with an elevator.

  Yes, all rooms are provided with private terrace overlooking the Como lake.

  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, we do not, but you can surf the Internet from your room with your own laptop.

  No, there is not, but there is a municipal swimming pool near the property (500 m )open in summer season only.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the hotel offers private parking and indoor garage. Private dock for motorboats, too.

  Please ask the personnel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a big shopping centre 1 km far away us.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Cernobbio.

  The nearest airport is Milano Malpelsa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A shuttle service is available for our guests.Otherwise there are many buses from Milan to Como.

  The nearest bus-stop is 500 m far away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Como S.Giovanni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant called "Raimondi" on the ground floor of the hotel. Here you can find a selection of Lombard specialities.
