• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, german, Spanish and the scandinavian laguages.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and we have elevator that you can take from the first floor of the building (from reception there are ca. 70 steps in 3 sections [levels]).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very quite without street noices.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, in some of the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, in some of the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite television in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is wimming pool is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage is available with only 6 places, booking required.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Taormina or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Giardini Naxos.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania Fontanarossa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We contact a private taxi for requested transfer from at to the airport. Extra charge. The guests pay direct to the taxi-driver, not possible to pay on the hotel-bill.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Taormina bus terminal at 100 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Taormina - Giardini.
• How far away is the beach?
  4 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public and private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
