• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included and is a buffet breakfast (jam, chocolate, milk, coffe, ham, cheese, fruit juice, tea, fruit, corn flakes, bread, croissaint etc).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay the bill the day before your departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, no lift, free luggage service on request.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms have a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct phone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no Internet point but you can conect with your own laptop from each room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is open just in June, July, August and September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but the road in front our hotel is very safe.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Sorrento center (6 km far from the hotel) but if you ask at the reception we will arrange the car delivery.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sant'Agata sui 2 Golfi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front the hotel, SITA bus.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is located 6 km away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both, private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a very good restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
