Considered the geographical center of Italy, Rome is 40 Km drive away. Primary train can reach both Rome and Florence in 30 minutes and 1.5 hour respectively, leaving from the railroad station of Orte, just 8 Km away.
By Train: The Sabina is very easy to reach by train using the Fiumicino -Fara in Sabina line, which passes through Roma Tiburtina and Roma Ostiense.
By Car: You can reach the Sabina from the Roma -Firenze motorway ('autostrada'), at the exit "Fiano Romano", or the exit "Magliano Sabina"
By Plane: The nearest airport is Roma Fiumicino. Than you can use the shuttle Train service for Rome. |
