• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrival. All extras will be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  All our Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel Villa Duse has two floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are suoundproofed and very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms overlook the inner garden and the private parking.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The hotel does not have any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our hotel has 10 non smoking rooms. It is not allowed to smoke in the common areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are equipped with satellite television and pay tv channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  An Internet point is available for the Guests in the living room. All the areas in the Hotel are provided with Wireless Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking available at no extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at the Hotel reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Bari Palese at about 49 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle and pickup services are available for our Guests. They can be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the Hotel entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gioia del Colle FS railway station is only 5 minutes walking from our Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A Fitness center with solarium and Gym is available at 50 meters from the Hotel. Sauna, Turkish bath and massages are available at NADIR beauty farm, 10 minutes drive from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are very welcome at Villa Duse.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The Restaurant is at 50 meters from the main building.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All the areas in the Hotel are provided with ADSL wireless Internet connection.
