Thank you for the beautiful web site. We had a glorious vacation and so much was in part that there was not a lot of guess work. Your details helped give me security in planning from so far away....of course the location facility itself, the people and their professionalism were the finishing touch.

We can't expound enough of the wonderful experience we had. Despite Mount Etna errupting, putting soot all over the patio and of course the entire countryside....nothing could have prepared us for such an eyewitness experience. We were happy for the days when the wind blew the opposite direction prior those days so we could truly enjoy the beauty.

a little difference, but not worth complaining about....We could have easily had our children stay in one suite....as there was ample room, but we didn't want to insult anyone over this detail.... besides,we were already in debt.....

Romantic, Secluded ,Fantastic Peaceful Retreat, Wonderful....Life of the rich and famous yet attainable. Andreis his wife, Sebastian and all the staff were like family.

Villa Ducale is a terrific hotel, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The only minor improvement we suggest is a higher speed internet connection!

The staff, espcially Agie and Aosta (spellings?) were most polite and gracious. We loved our room and view and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.

You might mention that some room do not have tubs, only showers; we had hoped for one, but did not get it; but the room was better, otherwise, than we had planned on.

The concierge on duty that nigh(Akjit?)
was exceptionally friendly and helpful not
only on checkin but throughout our stay.

Romantic,picturesque and totally satisfying
from all standpoints.The breakfasts were delicious.The entire staff were courteous and friendly and added positively to our experience.We definitely will be back.

We were hungry and with no notice they produced a fantastic light lunch, wine, and dessert. This was just wonderful!

It was wonderful to receive such a warm welcome and complimentary drink. Luqa took lots of time to explain all about the locality,bus times, shuttle times,and recommendations for restaurants etc. We felt at home immediately because of this one to one introduction. So much better than standing at a desk and speaking to someone on the other side

We were warmly welcomed, despite being early, and given a complimentary drink. Both the owner and manager made time to chat with us.
