• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors - no elevetor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have a free internet point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not yet, but we have a great outdoor Jacuzzi in a splendid garden.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Catania airport or in town where our staff will be pleased to do it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Near Mount Etna there are excellent vineyards (1/2 hour drive).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Taormina at 10 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Catania, 55 kilometers.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do at extra charge from Catania airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  5 kilometers.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but excellent restaurants are just round the corner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
