The old stone fireplaces, antique 'cotto' floors and period furniture ensure that the eight double bedrooms and two suites in the main villa have plenty of character as well as comfort. |
 150 metres from the hotel, two barns of the old 'fattoria' have been beautifully restored to form 'Casa dei Gelsi' (with five suites - and stunning mulberry tree) and 'Olivaia' (with five bedrooms). The spacious 'fattoria' bedrooms and suites are especially popular with our guests who enjoy the wonderful views from the second swimming pool provided for their use. |
 The most recent addition is 'Limonaia', the former greenhouse which has been comprehensively renovated to create four extremely spacious superior rooms. These ground floor, air-conditioned rooms boast a bathroom with separate shower as well as an east-facing terrace laid with 'cotto'. |

Double bedroom (Main villa or Olivaia): 1st or 2nd floor, no lift, shower room, Satellite TV, Telephone, Hairdryer, Minibar (Olivaia rooms only).
Superior double bedroom (Limonaia, ground floor): As above, but with bathroom with separate shower, air-conditioning & terrace. |
Suites (Main villa or Casa dei Gelsi): double bedroom & lounge. Casa di Gelsi suites have a minibar & bath or shower room (en suite).
Most rooms are doubles, twin beds may be available on request at time of booking. |
