• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, there is no breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floor and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are very quite, romantic and with a superb view of all the bay of Positano.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes all the apartments have terrace with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a satellite TV with over 800 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is a big patio were it is possible to dine all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes it is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not yet.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We are able to rent a car on your behalf.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes just at 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Positano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we are able to arrange a pickup from and to any airport or train station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at about 4 Km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is at 12 Km.
• How far away is the beach?
  It is at about 7 Km away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both private and public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes if small and quiet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
