we arrived late due to a cancelled flight. Eduardo was there waiting for us ( it was his shift). He was very kind and efficient yet considerate of our long trip and the very late hour.

I read not to let the parking lot fool you because it is in front of the hotel. Our balcony on the second floor had trees across part of the view probably for that reason but to the left there was a view of the lake. We loved to watch the activity below so this was perfect for us.The pictures could be updated maybe because the parking lot was not as visible as it seems to be in your current photo.

Newly decorated so all is clean, neat and appealing. Location is in 'new' part of city so active but not noisy. i would definitely stay there again and recommend it.Perfect place for us.

Ideally situated for the nicest beach in town,
the Stella Marina. Quiet at night. Don't be
put off by the view of the car park.

La Villa degli Argentiere is the perfect escape for a weary traveler. We stayed for a brief rest after a busy tour of Rome and before a busy tour of Florence and Venice. The hotel provided comfort, relaxation, and friendliness in a beautiful and serene settingg. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the bathrooms offer modern showers and spacious countertops. I would definitely return.

My daughter and I were made to feel extremely welcome, and our first impression of the place was extremely positive. In fact, we went, Oh, WOW, repeatedly.

We spent almost 3 weeks in Europe. Our best 2 days were spent at this hotel. The staff and accommodations were exceptional. Enrico was great in assisting with making our reservation. Emmanuella and Monica were truly wonderful hosts who could not do enough for us. We would visit again in a heartbeat and intend to do so when time allows. Be sure to visit the terrace in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch and watch the people go by in the afternoon.

Great bakery & wine shop two doors down. We really liked sitting on the roof-top looking over the sea.

Wonderful staff, comfortable room, great location for exploring Monterosso and the rest of the CT. The hotel is at the end of the beach so it is probably quieter than some of the other places.

The only missing service was the internet, but they did offer to take us to an internet point if we had wanted. The service was temporarily down.

The staff was polite, they parking was very convenient, the breakfast was nice, the property was clean and the location was close to the beach. However, the room was very small (and over-decorated) compared to what we expected for 230 Euros. We were also a little bit dissapointed that is was located in the 'new' part of Monterosso, and that it was a long walk to the historical part of town.

The city of Monterosso is devided in two; the old historical part (if you want atmosphere, and a variaty of shops and restaurants), and the new part (suitable if beach-life is what you want out of your stay). If we has been aware of this, and the location of this hotel, we would have chosen a hotel on the other part of town.
