• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All extras will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our Staff speaks, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has 3 floors and one Guest lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are soundproofed and very quiet. We have deluxe rooms with a romantic balcony overlooking the sea.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are all provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Deluxe rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there's no extra charge for that.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, sorry.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private parking available at extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available in La Spezia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The two nearest are Vernazza and Levanto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pickup service at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Monterosso, just 5 minutes walking from the Hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just in front of the Hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are private and public beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We don't have a restaurant in the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, sorry.
