• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Normally, bills are settled on departure, but you can pay on arrival as well.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There's no floors in our hotel, the Relais Villa d'Assio is build on one level, with different bloks.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet, private and romantic as we are in the countryside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a cortyard.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but there's no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but you just dial 0 from all the rooms and you can have an outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have. There's no extra charge for it. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have an outdoor swimming pool opend from 30 may untill 30 september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available at no charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Rieti or Terni.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Rieti or Terni.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, at Amelia (60 km).
  
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Colli sul Velino, 3 km.

  Roma Fiumicino, 110 km.

  No, this service is notavailable.

  No, there is not.

  Yes, there's a modem plug in all the rooms.
