• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 2 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We can print a proforma upon arrival and immediately tell you how much the final bill will be. Paying is then of course possible!
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors and an elevator as well.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and very romantic. Maybe because of the canopy beds and the exclusive lake view?
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Four superior double rooms have small balconies with some lake view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Same as above.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, of course we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have an international satellite with the most common international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No extra charge. Air conditioninging in all the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in our Hotel.... but at our sister hotel "Il Giardinetto" about 2 kms from us.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in our hotel, but our sister hotels "L'approdo" (1.5 km from us) and "Il Giardinetto" (2 km from us) have beautiful swimming pools available for our guests as well.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking in our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Herz is in Omegna (about 10 km from us) and they usually deliver the car directly at the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The closest supermarket is about 10 km away, but in the town of Orta San Giulio there are a few stores.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Omegna (10 km) and Borgomanero (12 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize transfers and taxi with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  By the train station of Orta/Miasino: about 500 mt from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Orta/Miasino (the line is Novara-Domodossola).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes! Sauna, steam bath, massages, and a new treatment called SHIRO', which is unique in Italy!
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small ones, but not in the restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Of course, our cuisine staff is top level.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You only need the connecting plug.
