• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  There is a 30% deposit to be paid upon reservation by bank transfer (please notice that "All bank expenses must be payed by the custmer"), while the final payment must be settled upon the arrival at the check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor (few steps, no need of a lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, a french balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a particular agreement at the Mandara Garage, few meters from the apartment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Capodichino airport in Naples.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in Positano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino airport in Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 500 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Meta di Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  It is literally 2 steps from the house.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  It is a self catering apartment, but restaurants are downstairs.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
