 The villa is located at about 2 km far from the "Florence-Rome" highway exit and 1 km far from train station. It is on the outskirts of the town Orvieto (4 km). You can arrive in Orvieto in 10 minutes by car, or via a cable car which leaves across from the railroad station and you can easily reach the historical centre, Piazza del Duomo with the Cathedral and the shopping streets. |
By Car:
From the airport Leonardo Da Vinci (Rome-Fiumicino). Take the highway "Rome-Florence" (A1) direction Florence. After about 1 hour and a half driving time exit at "Orvieto", then turn right towards Orvieto and you'll reach a bg round about, turn right where marked Arezzo passing under the tollway. The Villa is just after the river on the left side of the road.
By Train:
Catch the train in Roma "Termini Train Station" direction Florence. 1 hour and 20 minutes later you will arrive at Orvieto Station. Get off from the train and take a bus or a taxi and in 2 minutes time you are in the Villa. |
