• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: 13:00 Check-out: 12:30
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.

  A continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay. Any extras must be paid at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The reception staff speaks English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are located in a quiet and romantic side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room disposes of satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the reception there is an internet Point at our guests' disposal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Only 2 km far from the hotel there is a rent-a-car service. You can ask the reception desk for detailed information.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket, 1 km far from the Villa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are many vineyards a few kms away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Orvieto, it is only at 4 kms distance.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport of Rome Fiumicino is 120 kms far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is one bus stop right in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Orvieto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed without any extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a "a la carte" Italian Restaurant, but the client can also choose the half board or full board.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible from the rooms.
