• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. The plentiful breakfast will been served in a nice dining room in winter time and under the portico among the flowers in summer days. Daily served from 08.30 am to 9.00 am, earlier only on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1 floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, you will find quiet, private, and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two double rooms have a very large private terrace facing the Etna Vulcano, with table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The suite have two balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room with air conditioning (seasonal). It is free.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private car parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Catania airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  15 min walking away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Giardini Naxos, 3 min drive.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have a special convention with a typical restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
