  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our prices are per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are soundproofed and therefore very quiet. Furthermore, all our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All our double rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden. Some rooms have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Our Hotel has only non-smoking room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels, including the Japanese NKK, and 4 satellite TV channels (SKY TV) free of charge for our Guests.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Near the hotel there is an internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have a private parking free of charge for our guests.

    Car rental is available at the hotel, Scooter rental is also available at the hotel.

    Yes.

    Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost. Just ask at the Reception Desk.
